BCBGMAXAZRIA Fall/Winter 2012
This collection was showcased last Thursday at the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in New York. The Fall/Winter 2012 line has great colour blocking and an eclectic mix. Prim pleats and fur detail which was great to see this season, also it was good to see that they have gotten away from the black and grey by adding more detail and great colour. This collection has a very innovative approach to Fall/Winter 2012.
Jason Wu Fall/Winter 2012
Jason Wu has introduced a successful special edition line at Target, which he showcased at New York Fashion week. This collection demonstrates green, black and red colored garb featuring sharp shoulders, gold buttons, fur and big black belts embroidery patterns which has a military look and a lot of detail. Jason Wu has combined decadent fabrics with sophisticated silhouettes and paired them with classic handbags as well as tiny formal clutches for the cool weather season. This collection was mostly Black and red with luxurious fabrics.

Fashion Design Council of Canada announces new title sponsor
World MasterCard takes front row on March 12-17, 2012
The Fashion Design Council of Canada announced today that World MasterCard is the new title sponsor of Toronto Fashion Week. This change in the title sponsorship of Canada’s iconic Fashion Week will take effect for the Fall/Winter 2012 Collections this March at David Pecaut Square. World MasterCard Fashion Week will host over 60 designer runway shows and presentations, drawing thousands of fashion industry professionals and key influencers from across Canada and around the world to Toronto’s fashion district.
