2011 Gemini awards!!
Last night the Del Monaco Hair studio team (official hair team for the Gemini awards) and I were behind the scene at the awards. It was such a great evening with a lot of great talent. I loved meeting Russell Peters, he was so great and he was all about jokes and laughter. My girl Deborah Cox gave a great performance with Kellylee Evans for the opening number. We had a great time talking after her performance and she was just beaming with beauty. It was so funny meeting Tom Green while he was doing his Cheese lounge, an online show streaming during the awards. The awards were great and everyone was so pleasant, but my Favorite part of the evening was meeting Jason Priestley because he was my favorite in the original 90210 when I was younger. The Heart Truth (2011)
As Fashion week was upon us this means it was time for The Heart Truth show put on by The Heart and Stroke Foundation. The Fourth annual show took place at The Carlu instead of the LGFW location. Also this year they added a couple men to the mix which was just great. This is a great cause with celeb models and designers coming together to bring awareness to such an important issue. My Favorite Diva
During LGFW Fall/Winter 2011 I got to meet Deborah Cox and hang out with her for the evening, she was such a pleasure to meet.I had a really great evening and looking up to her amazing talent as a artist since I was young just made this experience out of this world. She was there for the Attitude show by Jay Manuel which was a great display of his talent. We had a great time backstage and it was like a childhood dream fulfilled.
